What we collect, and why.
That Procurement Project is run by Ashokk N Menon in Melbourne, Australia. This page explains what happens to your information when you use this website.
What you tell us
When you fill in a form (an enquiry, a request for a personal link to a price list, benchmark or Field Guide, or a booking), we receive what you enter: usually your name, work email, phone number and your message. It reaches Ashokk by email, through a form service called Web3Forms, so he can reply.
Requests for personal links are stored with Netlify, our hosting provider, along with when each link was sent and opened, so links can be managed and switched off. Request details may also be passed to our own workflow tool so follow-ups aren't missed.
Bookings are made through cal.com, which handles the calendar invitation. We don't sell your information, rent it, or add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.
How the site is used
We use Microsoft Clarity to see how people use the site: which pages they visit, how far they scroll and where they click. Clarity uses cookies and records sessions with the text on the page masked. What you type into forms is never recorded. Microsoft processes this data under its privacy statement.
Personal links (for example, to a price list or a guide) are taken out of the page address before Clarity starts, so they aren't recorded. You can block Clarity's cookies in your browser settings; the site works the same without them.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser asks Google's servers for them.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form on this site, or reply to any email from Ashokk. We'll respond within 30 days. We handle personal information under the Australian Privacy Principles.
